Services
Every treatment is grounded in the principles of Classical Chinese Medicine and tailored to the individual. I use acupuncture alongside therapies such as cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and acupressure when appropriate, with treatment guided by your symptoms, health history, and how your presentation is changing over time. Whether you’re coming in with a specific concern or simply know that something doesn’t feel quite right, care is thoughtful, individualized, and responsive to what you need.
Areas of Care
I offer individualized acupuncture rooted in Classical Chinese Medicine, with particular focus on women’s health, fertility, pain and musculoskeletal conditions, stress, sleep, digestion, and other recurring or complex concerns.
Treatment is guided by pulse diagnosis, channel theory, your health history, and the way your symptoms are presenting over time. Care may include acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, tuina, and lifestyle support when appropriate.
My office is located in Cornwall, NY, serving patients from Cornwall, West Point, New Windsor, Newburgh, and throughout the Hudson Valley.

Acupuncture can support women through many stages of life, from menstrual health and fertility through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into menopause. Treatment is individualized based on your symptoms, cycle, health history, and the patterns that emerge through Chinese medicine diagnosis.
Common reasons patients seek care include:
Painful or irregular periods
PMS and PMDD
PCOS and endometriosis
Fibroids
Fertility and preconception support
IUI and IVF support
Pregnancy-related concerns
Birth preparation including labor induction and postpartum recovery
Perimenopause and menopause
Changes in sleep, mood, energy, or headaches associated with hormonal transitions
-
Acupuncture may be used for both recent injuries and persistent pain. Rather than focusing only on the site of discomfort, treatment considers the channels involved, how the pain behaves, and what may be contributing to the pattern.
I commonly work with:
Neck and shoulder pain
Back and hip pain
Knee pain
Jaw and TMJ-related tension
Muscle tension and stiffness
Sports and overuse injuries
Sciatica and radiating pain
Plantar fasciitis and foot pain
Headaches and migraines
Recovery from injury
-
Stress and emotional strain often show up physically — through tension, disrupted sleep, digestive changes, headaches, fatigue, or a sense of feeling constantly “on.” Chinese medicine looks at these symptoms together rather than treating the emotional and physical pieces as separate concerns.
Patients may seek acupuncture for:
Anxiety and overwhelm
Ongoing stress
Burnout and exhaustion
Panic or periods of heightened anxiety
Irritability or emotional tension
Difficulty settling or switching off
Life transitions and periods of increased emotional strain
-
Sleep, digestion, and energy are closely connected in Chinese medicine and can offer important information about how the body is functioning as a whole. Treatment looks beyond the individual symptom to understand the larger pattern contributing to it.
Common concerns include:
Difficulty falling or staying asleep
Restless or unrefreshing sleep
Fatigue and low energy
Reflux and digestive discomfort
Bloating
Changes in bowel habits
Poor appetite or digestive weakness
Symptoms that worsen during periods of stress
-
Some symptoms do not fit neatly into one category. You may have several concerns occurring together, symptoms that keep returning, or a condition you have been managing for a long time.
In these cases, treatment is guided by the full picture — including your health history, current symptoms, sleep, digestion, energy, pain, and other changes you may be noticing. This may include support for:
Recurring headaches or migraines
Allergies and recurring respiratory concerns
Persistent fatigue
Ongoing digestive symptoms
Chronic or recurring pain
Multiple symptoms that seem connected
Symptoms that have not responded fully to other approaches
-
Children and teens can also benefit from a gentle, individualized approach to Chinese medicine. Treatments are adapted to each patient’s age, comfort level, and needs and may include acupuncture with very fine needles or non-needle techniques such as acupressure and gentle massage.
Common reasons families seek care include:
Sleep difficulties
Digestive concerns
Allergies and recurring colds
Headaches
Muscle aches and pains
Stress, worry, or emotional changes
Appointments for younger patients are typically shorter than adult treatments and are paced according to their comfort level.
What to Expect
Each session begins with a conversation about how you’re feeling, what has changed, and what you’d like support with. I’ll also use pulse diagnosis and other Chinese medicine assessment methods to guide your treatment.
Your treatment may include acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, or other supportive techniques depending on what is most appropriate for you that day. Sessions are individualized, thoughtful, and designed to give us time to respond to what your body is showing us.
Where You Can Find Me
I offer in-person acupuncture sessions by appointment only at my office in Cornwall, NY. All appointments are scheduled in advance to ensure each patient receives focused care. Each treatment is individually tailored to your presentation and evolving pattern.
