Classical Chinese Medicine in Cornwall, NY

Thoughtful Acupuncture for Women’s Health and Beyond

Women’s health is a focus of my practice, but never a boundary. I care for people across all ages and stages of life through thoughtful, individualized acupuncture rooted in Classical Chinese Medicine.

Care that Begins with the Individual

Symptoms rarely exist in isolation. In Classical Chinese Medicine, the details matter—when something began, what changes it, how it relates to your cycle, sleep, digestion, pain, energy, and the other changes happening in your body over time.

I use your health history, pulse and tongue diagnosis, and the relationships between these patterns to guide each treatment. Acupuncture is the foundation of care, with cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and dietary guidance incorporated when needed.

Meet Your Practitioner

I’m Stefanie Vidal, a licensed acupuncturist in Cornwall, NY. I practice Classical Chinese Medicine with a focus on women’s health, fertility, pain, and complex or recurring symptoms.

I’m drawn to this medicine because it asks us to pay attention to the details: when symptoms began, what changes them, how they relate to one another, and what patterns emerge over time. That process guides how I approach each treatment and keeps the care specific to the person in front of me.

I see patients from Cornwall, West Point, New Windsor, Newburgh, and across the Hudson Valley.

Classical Chinese Medicine understands symptoms in relationship—to one another, to your health history, and to the ways your body has adapted over time. Rather than treating a symptom as an isolated problem, it asks what pattern is unfolding and where that pattern is being expressed.

Treatment is guided by pulse diagnosis, channel theory, and careful observation of those relationships. The goal is not simply to quiet a symptom, but to understand what is contributing to it and work with the body in a more precise, individualized way.

Why Classical Acupuncture?

Your symptoms are part of a larger picture. Treatment starts by understanding how the pieces fit together.
