“I believe that healing is not about repairing what is broken. It is about embracing the innate wholeness that has always resided within us.”

My Path to Acupuncture

I came to acupuncture through a deep desire to understand the body and support people in a more meaningful way. Before I ever held a needle, I was drawn to the parts of Chinese medicine that aren’t always visible — the quiet shifts, the clarity, and the feeling of being truly seen.

Like many of my colleagues, I first experienced acupuncture as a patient. Those treatments changed my life in unexpected ways — and eventually, the path found me.

Classical Chinese Medicine gave me a language for what I had always sensed: the body holds memory, symptoms are messengers, and healing happens when we take the time to listen closely. Alongside practices like yoga and meditation, acupuncture helped me recognize patterns I had been holding — ones I could finally unravel, honor, and release. I learned I didn’t have to stay stuck.

How I Work

I support sustainable change through presence, partnership, and a deep respect for your body’s own intelligence.

Each treatment is uniquely tailored, combining acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, nutrition, movement, and meditation to support healing on all levels.

Outside of the treatment room, I offer practical guidance — small, meaningful shifts that carry the healing into your everyday life.

A Little More About Me

  • I’m a mom, a lifelong learner, and someone who values slow mornings, thoughtful conversation, and honest connection.

  • This medicine continues to teach me every day. I’m deeply grateful to the teachers and mentors who have shaped my path.
